The on line work order submission system for campus residents will
be shut down on Saturday the 19th as part of a larger NMSU
initiative with scheduled IT maintenance. If you can please submit
any maintenance work requests on Sunday the 20th or Monday the
21st, we will release those on Monday the
21st. For emergency work requests, please follow the
established routine for all weekend and afterhours emergency work requests
and we will respond as appropriate. We apologize in advance for any
inconvenience.
Welcome to the NMSU Housing and Residential Life work request system.
Please note that, due to security concerns, work requests for lock changes
require the requests to be made in person, and you must bring a student ID with
you.
We attempt to respond to all requests within 1-3
working days. If you have not seen a response in 4 days, please contact us
rather than submit another work request. Duplicate work requests may
result in delaying completion of work. North area residents should call
646-1701 and South area residents should call 646-5393.
This request serves as your authorization to enter your residential unit to
complete the requested work.
Please note that some work orders that are the result of vandalism or damage
beyond normal wear and tear may result in a bill being assessed to the resident
for all costs. Your student account may be charged in these circumstances for
your requested work.
